By accessing or using Fundor's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Fundor provides a platform that enables student athletes and teams to raise funds through referrals to partner services. Users earn credits when their referrals result in successful sign-ups with our partner companies.

To use Fundor, you must:

• Be a member of a registered team or organization
• If under 18, have parental or guardian consent (and under 13, verified parental consent)
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Credits are earned when referrals result in qualified sign-ups with partner services. Credit amounts and eligibility criteria are determined by Fundor and partner agreements. We reserve the right to modify credit structures with notice.

You agree not to:

• Submit fraudulent or fake referrals
• Use automated systems to generate referrals
• Misrepresent partner services
• Spam or harass potential referrals

Coaches and team administrators agree to:

• Verify athlete eligibility and team membership
• Ensure proper parental consent is obtained
• Use raised funds for legitimate team purposes
• Maintain accurate records of team activities

All content, features, and functionality of Fundor are owned by Fundor and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.

Fundor is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use Fundor ceases immediately.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
